This machine was design to work in conjunction with engineered backing thin slab fabrication
Honeycomb substrate is laminated to both granite surfaces and than cut via wire in the center. This weight reduction is desirable for RVs, boats, air planes and even regular housing jobs. A drop edge or apron is then applied to the edge for any desired thickness.
